Philip Palmer

Philip Palmer is passionate about Personal Development and lifelong learning, his work currently focuses on human behaviour and enabling people to see and understand the impact their behaviour has on others (Unicornrd). Since 1995 he has managed his own training and consultancy company, Unicorn Resource Development Unicornrd, which specialises in Communication and Change.
Philip is a Member of the International Stress Management Association (MISMA), The Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP), and The Time Line Therapy Association and is an Associate of CIPD. He is a Master NLP Practitioner, holds a Masters in Stress Management and a Performance Coaching Diploma. He has also completed a course of Clean Language Training.
Philip has delivered HIV and AIDS related training, run gay men's support groups and worked on safe sex initiatives on cruising grounds as part of a MESMAC (men who have sex with men) community project. He has been involved with training which focused on working with Black and Minority Ethnic groups, particularly African Communities and has facilitated workshops at many HIV/AIDS conferences. Philip is the current Chair of the Positive Participation Group at Terrence Higgins Trust.
Diagnosed HIV positive in 1994, Philip has a passion for sharing his own story, his love for life and how he lives with HIV, with a view to helping, stimulating and enabling others to learn about their own strengths in dealing with life's challenges and to release their full potential.
