Priscilla Marongwe has MSc in Equality and Diversity, Strathclyde University (pending); MSc in Project Management (Construction Management), Heriot Watt University; BSc in Quantity Surveying, Napier University; Diploma in Training and Development (pending)
Priscilla is a professional facilitator and consultant with a focus on the sustainability of equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights in organisations. She has the ability and experience to enabling a supportive, creative, inclusive and inspiring holistic approach in designing and embedding orgasnisation's policies, practices and processes in a learning and development environment. Priscilla has worked with a wide range of industry sectors at all levels including statutory, public and voluntary sectors, as well as working in construction, domestic abuse, LGBT issues, homelessness, health, social care, and education. Priscilla Served as Chair for Scottish Civic Forum's Forum on Discrimination; Founder member of Black and Ethnic Minority Infrastructure In Scotland (BEMIS) and served as A Children's Panel Member.
