Tony McKenzie

Tony McKenzie is a consultant, facilitator and trainer with over 20 years experience in designing, delivering, and assessing training courses to corporate clients and public organizations. A qualified counsellor he has worked with a wide range of clients with complex needs, covering issues such as diversity awareness, personal development, domestic violence and communication skills. He has also worked with rough sleepers, long term unemployed, and teenage parents.
In 2000 he set up Paragon Training an organisation which provides quality bespoke training that builds relationships across teams, departments, and organisations, by 'turning virtues into realities' and offering delegates the opportunity to develop their own ways of doing things differently in order to get closer to the results they want.
Tony consistently strives to make his courses accessible, experiential, and participative, using a variety of dynamic and creative training methods and paying close attention to different learning styles. He combines all of his experiences with humour, insight and passion.
Tony McKenzie is a father of two and lives in East London.
